Tsing Ma Bridge

Tsing Ma bridge is a sea bridge which connects two islands, Tsing Yi with Ma Wan. Tsing Ma Bridge in Hong Kong which is the seventh longest span suspension bridge is named after two islands located at the two ends, viz Tsing Yi and Ma Wan. It was the second longest bridge at the time of its completion. With its main span of 1,377 meters (4,518 ft) and a height of 206 meters (676 ft) it is the largest rail traffic carrying bridge and it also function a great highway.
Tsing Ma Bridge could be best viewed from Lantau Link Visitor Centre and Viewing Platform. The viewing point is located just next to the Bridge's Tsing Yi end. Apart from being an important landmark the bridge has become a very favorite tourist spot in Hong Kong.

Attractions

The display center here has pictures of Lantau Link and Ting Kau Bridge. The Visitors Centre would be functioning from 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (closed on Wednesday); from 10:00 am to 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and most of the public holidays. Located about 2 KM north of the bridge there is an Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre,which would be an interesting spot. Tsing Yi-Lantau Islands Line located in the the northwest end of Tsing Yi Island. With its sight-seeing flat is a really worth visiting spot.
